For me, luxury isn’t about how much something costs, it’s about how it makes you feel. Sometimes it’s as simple as a morning coffee in your favourite café, a new hairbrush, a lipstick, a soft throw, or a face cream that melts beautifully into your skin. It’s that subtle lift these little things offer, entirely separate from their price.
Here, I’m sharing the things, both big and small, that bring me joy and make everyday life feel a little more special. These three quickly come to mind, with more favourites a little further down the page — and many more favourites to come!”
How do you define luxury?

rosewood cleansing balm
The moment I turned 50, my focus shifted to simply looking healthy. I have a lot of laugh lines (who really wants to call them wrinkles?) and I don’t want to get caught up in battling them. I’d rather focus on making my skin look vibrant and well cared for.
So I’m drawn to products that feel good to live with: thoughtful, well made, and reliably good. This collection reflects that mix, a blend of European classics, Canadian staples, and a few special finds I never travel without.
If it’s here, it’s something I love and use often. These are my beauty and lifestyle essentials.
My friend Orla introduced me to this product, and now I can’t live without it. It gives my skin a fresher, more awake look, and I love how quickly it absorbs. My skin doesn’t usually like serums, but this one is different. It laps it up. The plant extracts do something lovely for radiance and firmness, especially when my skin feels tired or dry. It’s a classic for a reason.
I’ve been using this mask regularly, at least five times a week, and I’m noticing a real difference in my skin. There’s a slight smoothing of fine lines, but what stands out most is the glow in my complexion. It’s easy to use, fits naturally into my routine, and easily slips into my suitcase. Having this kind of treatment at home is convenient and feels like a true luxury.
I get goosebumps when I reach for this brush! It feels so good. The Almond Green colour is beautiful, but it’s the way it feels on my scalp that won me over. It detangles without pulling and gives a gentle, massaging effect that makes my hair feel healthier and softer.
And beyond skincare, that same approach guides how I choose everything I live with, the pieces that slip quietly into my day and make it feel a little more beautiful.
Luxury isn’t about excess, it’s about choosing well. Quality over clutter. Pieces that feel good in the hand, on the skin, and in the rhythm of everyday life. I love items that elevate without overwhelming.
What you’ll find here are the things that have stood the test of time in my own routine, a mix of classic favourites, beautiful discoveries, and little indulgences that make the day feel better.
